Mr. Willis Edward Cheaney, age 90, of Murray, Kentucky died Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital, Murray, Kentucky.
Mr. Cheaney was born March 30, 1926 in Henderson, Kentucky to the late Levi and Sudie Brooks Cheaney.
He is survived by his children, Phyllis Robinson, Havelock, NC, Joyce Small, Birmingham, AL, Jacques Coleman, Evansville, IN, Christopher Cheaney, Russellville, and Willis Cheaney, II, Bloomington, IN; siblings, Brenda Cheaney, Denver, CO, Chester Cheaney, Evansville, IN, and Donald Cheaney, Evansville, IN.
The funeral service will be at 11:00am Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family after 9:00am Wednesday at the funeral home.
