William Jeremy Spann, 32, Murray, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009 at 9:16 a.m. EST, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Health Care Center, Lexington, following a short illness. Preceding him in death were his father, Donovan Dale Spann in 1990; his grandparents, Rufus and Icle LB Spann and William Henry and Velma Judel Crutcher. He was born July 25, 1977, in McCracken County.
Survivors include his mother, Helen Spann O'Cull and husband, Joe, one brother, Rickie Dale Spann and wife, Christi, and one nephew, Mason Donovan Dale Spann, all of Murray; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
