Virginia Scott

Virginia Lorene Scott 90 of DeMotte passed away on November 1, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Born on August 21, 1928 to the late Robert(Lucy Downs) Luttrell. She was married to Vernon Scott who preceded her. Virginia was a member of the First Baptist Church of Roselawn, she enjoyed spending time at the Fase Senior Center, as well as cooking and crocheting. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren, and always had a smile to share with everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings; Ruby Hicks, Roby Lane, Louise Dugan, and Robert Thomas. Virginia is survived by her children; Sharon(Larry) Colee, Jerry(Debbie) Scott, grandchildren; Jason Hubbard, Jeff Hubbard, Luke Hubbard, great grandchildren; Michael Hubbard, Vincent Hubbard. A visitation will be held on Monday November 5, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Roselawn, a funeral service will be held on Monday at 6 PM in the First Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Scott and Joel Gilbert officiating. Burial will take place on Tuesday November 6, 2018 in the Murray Memorial Cemetery in Murray, Kentucky. Memorials for Virginia can be made to the First Baptist Church or the Fase Senior Center.
