Teddy Beane, 72, Tidwell Road, Kirksey community, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn.
Retired from Kimble & Walker Equipment, Clinton, he also was owner and operator of J.D. Equipment Company in Murray and had also worked at the former Murray Division of the Tappan Company. Born March 2, 1937, in Calloway County, he was the son of the late Troy and Mary Lynville Beane.
Survivors include his wife, Aleta Cunningham Beane, to whom he was married April 20, 1957 in Corinth, Miss.; four sons, David Beane and wife, Zandra, and Terry Beane and wife, Angie Glover, all of Kirksey, Darrell Beane and wife, Dana, Lynn Grove, and Tim Beane and wife, Melisa, Eddyville, Ill.; one brother, Jerry Beane and wife, Barbara, Paris, Tenn.; four grandchildren, LaCosta Hays and husband,
Chris, Murray, Brittany Johnson and husband, Clint, Lynn Grove, Jamey Beane, Kirksey, and Kassidy Beane, Eddyville, Ill.; three great-grandchildren, Trace and Luke Johnson and Jansyn Hays.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. David Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens.
