Shirley K. Lane, age 70, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Ms. Lane was born in Murray, Kentucky on September 14,1951 to the late James Lamb and Dorothy Coursey Lamb. She was a retired Food Service Manager for the Murray Head Start, a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary, a senior cornhole champion, avid card player and attended the Cherry Corner Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Lamb, and one sister, Carolyn Warner.

Survivors include one daughter, Tina Peery and husband Keith of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Debra Scott and husband Don of Benton, Kentucky; one brother, Danny Lamb and wife Charla of Murray, Kentucky; also surviving is one granddaughter, Courtney Reagan Peery of Murray, Kentucky.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021, at Murray Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ronnie Burkeen officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
