Marcia Johnson

Marcia LaJoyce Johnson, age 83, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away, Sunday,
December 11, 2016, at her home.
Marcia was a member of Henderson Church of Christ. She previously worked in the
receiving office of Mattel/ Fischer Price Toys in Murray, Kentucky. Marcia was a big Elvis
Pressley fan and enjoyed watching old movies. She liked to collect Barbie dolls. Marcia
loved her grandchildren very much.
Marcia was preceded in death by her husband Al Wendell Johnson, parents, Otto I. and
Izora Bond, and 2 brothers, Wayne I. Bond and Bill J. Bond.
Survivors include:
2 Daughters: Deborah Hein of Henderson, Kentucky and Melinda "Lin" Lovett of Murray,
Kentucky
1 Son: Robert S. Johnson of Madison, Alabama
3 Brothers: James A. Bond of Memphis, Tennessee, Jesse Bond of Maryville, Tennessee,
and Richard O. Bond

A graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M on Wednesday at Murray Memorial Gardens in
Murray, Kentucky with Brother John Dale officiating. There will be no visitation.
