MURRAY, Ky. - Graveside services for Edward J. "Bobby" Dowdy, 72, of Murray will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Murray Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dewayne Chadwick officiating.
Mr. Dowdy died at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at his home in Cabot, Ark.
He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Dowdy; one daughter, Janice Cannon of Cabot; one brother, George Dowdy of Murray; four sisters, Magdalene Collie of Murray, Velera Finney of Hazel, Juanita Barrow of Buchanan, Ind., and Gladys Dowdy of Indianapolis; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.
