Donald Thorn

Mr. Donald Ray Thorn, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky died on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at his home after an extended illness.
Mr. Thorn was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on June 15, 1939 to the late Raymond Thorn and Thelma Byers Thorn. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator, a U.S. Army Veteran, member of the Alford-Hardin Masonic Lodge # 925 and the Local IOUE 181 in Paducah, Kentucky.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one sister, Judy Darnall.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda G. Thorn of Murray, Kentucky, they married on December 24, 1962 in Brookport, Illinois; one daughter, Norma Crick and husband Dan of Almo, Kentucky; one son, Dwayne Thorn of Almo, Kentucky; two brothers, Raymond Thorn, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Benton, Kentucky, Larry Davis Thorn and wife Anna of Benton, Kentucky; one grandchild, Kayla Otterson and husband Dan of Murray, Kentucky, and one great grandchild, Duke Otterson of Murray, Kentucky.
Private family services will be held.
